Ethical, handcrafted, and clean. Our Authentic African Black Soap is handcrafted from a centuries-old recipe that uses Certified Fair Trade unrefined shea butter from our cooperatives in West Africa. We add ash extract to hot oils, cook the mixture until it becomes charcoal, then cure it in the sun for three weeks to create a detoxifying multi-purpose soap suitable for any skin type, even the most sensitive.
