Allergy Research Group Laktoferrin Description
A specific peptide extracted from bovine colostrum (“mothers’ first milk”) and possessing iron-binding properties. Lactoferrin has been shown to be involved in biochemical processes in lymphocytes and in iron metabolism. Obtained from the milk of Dutch range-grazed cattle, raised without the use of hormones, antibiotics and pesticides with 95% purity and 77.5% to 80.5% iron-binding capacity.
As a dietary supplement, 1 to 3 capsules per night before bed, or as directed by health care practitioner.

Lactoferrin may act as an immune stimulant. Do not use during pregnancy, lymphocytic leukemia, or pancreatitis. People with auto-immune or allergic conditions should start with small doses and consult their health care practitioner.
