Sea Salt
Hawai'i sea salts often retain minerals like magnesium, calcium, and potassium that are stripped from refined table salt. These can support electrolyte balance and basci cellular function.
We use no added heat, USDA organic expeller pressed high-oleic sunflower oil instead of other oils because it contains a rich amount of monosaturated fats (oleic acid), a low amount of polysaturated fats, and creates a delicious texture for our bars.
