High Protein Ice Cream Sandwiches (Vegan)

High Protein Ice Cream Sandwiches
- 1 20-pack Aloha Protein Mini Bars Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 1/2 pint vegan vanilla ice cream
Optional: Chocolate chips for melting
- Place two small scoops of vegan ice cream onto mini bar.
- Place second bar on top of ice cream and gently press down to create sandwich.
- Repeat until all sandwiches are complete and transfer to freezer.
- Freeze sandwiches 2 hours or until solid.
- Enjoy as-is or dip in melted chocolate for a touch more richness. Freeze an additional 20 minutes until chocolate is hardened.
