Amy loves this satisfying Lentil Soup made from her mom's favorite recipe. It has a rich, delicious flavor, and the organic lentils are a good source of protein and fiber. This Light in Sodium soup has all the flavor but contains at least 50% less sodium then our regular soup.
Amy's Kitchen was started when our daughter Amy was born in 1987. We are a family bussiness deeply committed to producing convenient organic foods made with the highest quality ingredients.
Directions: Shake before opening. Ovens may vary.
Microwave: Place soup in a microwave- safe bowl. Cover. Cook for 11/2-2 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Stir. Serve.
Stovetop: Heat soup in a saucepan, stirring occasionally.
