Inspired by a recent release from a frozen pizza giant, it blends the classic dishes of the feast with the casual fun of finger food. With gravy as the base, you can top your pizza with favorites like turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing and cranberry sauce. It’s a creative and delicious way to enjoy the holiday flavors in a whole new form.
Thanksgiving Pizza
- 1 Schar Gluten-Free Pizza Crust (or pizza crust of choice)
- 1/2 cup gravy (pre-made)
- 1 cup cooked turkey (diced)
- 1 cup mashed potatoes (pre-made)
- 1/2 cup stuffing (pre-made)
- 1/4 cup Brussels sprouts (pre-cooked, sliced)
- 1/4 cup Appalachian Naturals Organic Cranberry Sauce
Optional
- 1/4 cup Honestly Cranberry Dried Cranberries
- Shredded cheese
- Preheat oven to 410 degrees F.
- Spread thin layer of gravy over pizza crust.
- On pizza, arrange turkey, stuffing, Brussels sprouts and dried cranberries.
- Using piping bag, pipe mashed potatoes onto pizza, or simply arrange mashed potatoes in spoonfuls over pizza.
- Sprinkle on shredded cheese, if using.
- Bake 8-10 minutes.
- Top with warmed cranberry sauce. Serve immediately.
