Freshening Recipes
Laundry Soap Powder
Grate ½ bar unscented Castile soap. Mix grated soap, 1 cup washing soda, 1 cup Borax, and 2 teaspoons Petal Powder in a large bowl. Place ¼ cup mixture in washer per average size load.
Carpet Freshening Powder
Combine 1 cup baking soda and 1 teaspoon Petal Power in a container with a lid for storage. Stir until mixture is uniform. Sprinkle on carpet and leave for 10 minutes before vacuuming.
Linen Freshener
Combine 1 ounce witch hazel, 3 ounces water and 24 drops Petal Power in a mister bottle. To use, shake well and spritz on fabrics for a soft, fresh aroma.
