Directions
Awaken the Mind: 6 drops lemon eucalyptus, 12 drops grapefruit, 1 oz water in a mister. Clear the air: 2 drops each lemon eucalyptus and bergamot, 4 drops frankincense in a candle lamp diffuser.

DIY Lemon-Eucalyptus Body Mist
You may not be able to beat the heat, but with the right combination of essential oils, you can feel at least a little cooler on a sweltering day. This body spritz is quick to make from 100% natural ingredients, including coconut water, soothing aloe and essential oils that refresh and stimulate your senses. Tuck a bottle in your beach bag, purse or backpack for instant skin refreshment.
Lemon-Eucalyptus Summertime Body Spray
Ingredients
3 oz. coconut water
1 oz. aloe vera juice or extract
8 drops lemon eucalyptus essential oil
8 drops lavender essential oil
8 drops patchouli essential oil or Texas cedarwood essential oil
- In a mister bottle, combine all ingredients.
- Shake contents before each application.
(Note: Store spray in the refrigerator or cooler for an especially cool and refreshing way to beat the summer heat!)
