STOVE TOP
Empty contents of one packet into a bowl and add 1/2 - 2/3 cup boiling water. Stir. Let stand one minute.
Serving Suggestions: Add milk, butter or fresh fruit and enjoy.
MICROWAVE (1100 watt)
Empty contents of one packet into a microwave safe bowl and add 1/2 - 2/3 cup water. Heat on HIGH for 60-90 seconds. Remove from microwave (CAUTION: Product and bowl may be hot). Stir. Let stand one minute.
Serving Suggestions: Add milk, butter or fresh fruit and enjoy.

Sunbutter & Jelly Overnight Oats (Vegan & Gluten-Free)
Mornings are busy. When you’re rushing to get out of bed, dressed and out the door on time, it’s easy to overlook breakfast – the most important meal of the day! Prepping your breakfast tonight will make for a smoother morning tomorrow. With just a few minutes and a handful of ingredients, you can have delicious SunButter and jelly oats waiting for you in the refrigerator to eat at home or grab and go.
Serves: 2
Ingredients
1 cup steel cut oats
1 cup Milkadamia Macadamia Nut Milk
1 Tbsp. Nutiva Chia Seeds
4 Tbsp. Sunbutter sunflower seed butter
4 Tbsp. Crofters Organic Just Fruit Spread or make your own chia seed jam
Directions
- In two jars, divide oats, chia seeds and nut milk. Swirl in Sunbutter; top with jelly. Refrigerate overnight to set.
- Serve with fresh fruit, nuts or granola.
