Bakery On Main was born in the little bakery of Michael Smulders' Natural Foods market on Main Street in Glastonbury, Connecticut. This Walnut Raisin Apple granola brings you our multigrain & bean crisps made with corn, brown rice, ancient grains, and navy beans. These audaciously premium crisps are then combined with walnuts, raisins, dried apples, and cinnamon.

Pumpkin Pie Parfait

Layered with creamy Greek yogurt, rich pumpkin puree, crunchy granola and walnuts, and a hint of aromatic pumpkin pie spice, this parfait is a delicious seasonal treat that's easy to prepare.
Pumpkin Pie Parfait
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tsp. honey (optional)
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Cinnamon stick (for garnish)
- Star anise (for garnish)
- In bottom of glass or jar, stir together honey and yogurt.
- In small bowl, stir pumpkin pie spice into pumpkin puree, then layer onto yogurt.
- On top, layer on granola and walnuts.
- Garnish with star anise and cinnamon stick.
