Double Chocolate Bark With Dried Fruit & Nuts
Make a holiday treat that looks like a work of art. With just five ingredients, this dark and white chocolate bark looks decadent with its swirly flourish, but is so easy to make. Sprinkle with dried fruit and nuts to create your masterpiece.
Double Chocolate Bark With Dried Fruit & Nuts
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 14 oz. white chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. dried fruit
- 2 Tbsp. roasted almonds (or other nuts or seeds)
- Line square pan with parchment paper, cutting paper to fit.
- Using double-boiler, melt dark chocolate chips with olive oil.
- Pour melted dark chocolate into pan, spread evenly. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Using double-boiler, melt white chocolate.
- Pour over dark chocolate in swirl pattern. Top with dried fruit and nuts; chill 30 minutes to 1 hour until set.
- When firm, break chocolate into pieces and serve. Chill remaining pieces.
