Bluebonnet's Cellular Active CoQ10 Vegetarian Softgels provide 50 mg of the reduced form of CoQ10 (ubiquinol) rather than the common, oxidized form of CoQ10 (ubiquinone) currently sold on the market, which must be converted to the "active" form (ubiquinol) in the body. Aging compromises the natural production of CoQ10 in the body as well as the conversion of ubiquinone to ubiquinol. Directions
