Vegan Ranch Dressing
- ½ cup Bob’s Red Mill Almond Protein Powder
- 1-¼ cups almond milk (divided)
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. dried parsley
- ½ tsp. dried dill
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. dried chives
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- ¼ tsp. coarse black pepper
- In mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup almond milk, vinegar and lemon juice.
- Whisk in herbs and spices. Whisk in protein powder until smooth. (Note: Add additional almond milk until desired consistency.)
- Use immediately, or refrigerate up to 7 days.
