Directions

Brownies

1 package Bob's Red Mill®Gluten Free Brownie Mix

3 Eggs

½ cup melted Butter

¼ cup Water

 

Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.*

 

Pour brownie mix into a mixing bowl. Add eggs, butter and water and mix well. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.

 

Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean, about 35-40 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting. Makes 16 brownies.

 

*For a thicker brownie, use an 8 x 8-inch pan and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.

Chocolate Cherry Brownies (Dairy Free & Gluten-Free)

  • 1 pkg. Simple Mills Almond Flour Brownie Mix
  • 1/4 cup SunButter Sunflower Butter
  • 1/4 cup Nutiva Organic Coconut Oil with Buttery Flavor
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 2 organic pasture-raised eggs
  • 1 cup cherries (halved and pitted or dried cherry halves)
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line 8x11-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, coconut oil, sunflower butter, water and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour into baking pan. Place cherries on top and press down slightly into mixture.
  4. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool before cutting.
