Directions
To get the most nutrition from your flaxseeds, grind them into meal. Simply put a few tablespoons of flaxseeds into a small electric grinder. Grind for about 30 seconds, or until the seeds become a fine meal. Add to smoothies, breads, crackers, cookies, hot cereal, yogurt, salads and pilafs for a powerful nutritional boost.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen after opening.

This easy-to-make recipe yields 6 to 8 gluten-free breadsticks, which is great for both meal prepping and feeding hungry families. Dusted with garlic, basil, thyme and oregano, these breadsticks deliver a Mediterranean flavor perfect for pairing with extra tomato sauce.
Gluten-Free Breadsticks (Keto & Paleo)
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Wet Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. ground flax seed + 2 Tbsp. water ((let sit for at least 10 min))
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 egg
Topping
- Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
- In medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix until evenly combined.
- In center of dry bowl, create a well. Pour in wet ingredients and whisk with fork until dough forms. Use hands to knead dough for 1-2 minutes. Transfer mixture to refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Divide dough into 6-8 pieces. Brush with a little olive oil. Roll each piece of dough into a long, evenly sized stick. Bake 10-13 minutes.
