Greek Yogurt Pumpkin Pudding

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup organic pumpkin
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/ 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • Pinch salt
  • Sprinkle granola
  1. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Prior to serving, top with granola.
  • Chef’s tips: Make a large batch and portion into individual servings for the week. Add granola just prior to eating. Serve with apple slices for dipping.
