Directions
Make The World's Best Oatmeal® At Home
Bring water and salt to a boil. Add Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes (or longer for creamier oatmeal). Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.

Microwave Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1 cup water and a pinch of salt. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before eating. Makes 1 serving.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps better refrigerated or frozen after opening.

Sunflower Butter & Oat No-Bake Energy Bites
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 3 Tbsp. Bob’s Red Mill Paleo Flour
- ½ cup sunflower seed butter
- ? cup manuka honey (or agave syrup for vegan)
- ¼ tsp. Redmond Real Salt Ancient Fine Sea Salt
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. ground cardamom
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- 1/3 cup Nutiva Organic Vanilla Plant Protein Powder
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- ¼ cup water
- In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Portion into about 18 equal pieces and roll into balls.
