Brace yourself for a magical experience where the goodness in each bite not only tickles your taste buds but also nourishes your fabulous self!
Vegan No-Bake 7-Layer Bars
First layer
- 3/4 cup SunButter Sunflower Butter
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. Redmond Real Salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Second layer
- 1-1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. Redmond Real Salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
Topping
- 1/3 cup HU Dark Chocolate Gems
- Line 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In mixing bowl, add all ingredients for bottom layer and mix until well combined. Press down into baking pan.
- In mixing bowl, add all ingredients for top layer and mix until well combined. Press down over bottom layer.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and press down.
- Freeze 2 hours and slice.
