Margherita Pizza
• Preheat oven to 475°F
• Spoon 1/3 cup of Carbone Pizza Sauce onto 12" pizza dough and spread
• Add 1/3 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese over top
• Place 6 slices of low moisture mozzarella slices, about 1/8" thick, over the top
• Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the top
• Bake in oven for about 15 minutes, rotating halfway through cooking, until the crust is browned and cheese is golden.
• Once removed from oven, top with 6 torn pieces of fresh buffalo mozzarella and 6 torn pieces of fresh basil
• Finish with additional drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
