Yields: Two 9"cakes, one 9" x 13" cake or 24 cupcakes.
Ingredients: 1 pouch cup 4 cup chocolate cake milk. 3/4 cup (160g) vegetable oil, 1 1/4 cups whole milk, 1-1/4 cup (290g) milk, 4 large eggs, room temperature.
Prep: Preheat oven to 325oF. Prepare cake pans with butter or oil, and parchment paper, or baking cups if making cupcakes.
Mix: In a large bowl whisk eggs, milk, and oil together until combined. Add Cup4Cup Chocolate Cake Mix and whisk until smooth.
Bake: Pour batter into cake pans and tap on the counter to distribute evenly. Place pans on middle rack and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. For cupcakes, bake 25 to 30 minutes before transferring to cooling rack. Cool completely before decorating.
