Directions
- Label breast milk storage bag before filling.
- Pour milk into bag and squeeze out air before sealing. Ensure zipper area is clean of milk to avoid leaking.
- Bag may be stored standing up or on side.
- If freezing, do not fill past the 8oz mark as breast milk may expand in freezer.
- When ready to use, thaw milk, cut or tear off pour spout and pour into a bottle.
Storage Guide
Freezer -18oC / 0oF: 3-6 months
Refrigerator 4oC / 39oF: 3-5 days
Room temperature 16-25oC / 60-77oF: 4-6 hours
Thawed breast milk at room temperature: 2 hours
Do not refreeze.
