Glutathione is a very powerful intracellular antioxidant that is naturally produced by the body. It has been shown to support brain health, liver function, and immune system health. After age 45, the body begins to produce less and less Glutathione itself so supplementation can be very beneficial in keeping levels up.
Most Glutathione supplements have very little bioavailability, as the molecule breaks down rapidly in the stomach after oral ingestion. Liposomal Glutathione uses a phospholipid delivery system to keep the glutathione from being broken down by stomach acid and allowing it to be absorbed into the bloodstream. Due to the phospholipid delivery system used, Liposomal Glutathione has much greater bioavailability and is far more effective than normal Glutathione supplements.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take 1 serving (2 capsules) per day, with or without food.
