Mimosa Pudica, also known as the “sensitive plant” or “shy plant” is a perennial flowering plant related to legumes which is unique in that its leaves fold inward and droop when touched before reopening a few minutes later. The herb has a long history of use in traditional Ayrurvedic medicine for a wide variety of ailments.Mimosa Pudica is commonly used to support digestive, intestinal, and immune system function.
Suggested Use: As a supplement, take 2 capsules per day on an empty stomach. A more aggressive dose is 4-6 capsules on an empty stomach.
