For body: hands, face, shower, hair - one small squirt on hands, hair or washcloth.
Dilute soap 1:3 with water for foaming pump bottle, use within 1 month. For household: one capful cleans tub of dishes, 1/3 cup in laundry, half that the HE, dilute 1/4 cup of soap in quart of water for all-purpose cleaner, great for pet wash!
