If you are a new Ubiquinol user, it is recommend to take a “loading dose” for the first two to three weeks. This will help you achieve rapid, optimal ubiquinol levels in your blood, tissues and organs.
To use, simply pump Ubiquinol Liquid into a smoothie or onto your favorite food. Add it to a salad since it tastes similar to olive oil. Each pump of the container provides 10 mg of high-quality ubiquinol.
Suggested Use: Adults, as a dietary supplement, dispense product directly onto food. One (1) pump dispenses 10mg of Ubiquinol. Dispense ten (10) pumps for 100 mg of Ubiquinol.
Before using this pump for the first time, remove the cap and prime the pump by repeatedly pressing until liquid appears. Prime the pump over a sink or covered surface.
