Beetroot provides trace amounts of naturally occurring Potassium, Calcium, Iodine, and Copper. Recent research suggests that Beetroot may increase levels of Nitric Oxide.
Directions
Suggested Use: Serving size 2 tbsp (30 mL) Organic Beetroot. May be mixed with water, seltzer, juice or a beverage of your choice. Take with at least 250 mL (8 oz) of liquid. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.

Ingredients
Salad
1 organic carrot, grated
1 organic beet, grated
Optional garnish: fresh basil or mint
Optional: Redmond Garlic Salt, to taste
Dressing
3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. Sunbutter Sunflower Butter
Directions
- In bowl, combine carrot and beet.
- In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients and stir until completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour dressing over salad; toss.
