Simple Slow Cooker Chicken Stew

Simple Slow Cooker Chicken Stew
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 lb. gold potatoes (chopped)
- 1 lb. chicken thighs
- 1 cup fresh green beans (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 2 carrots (chopped into rounds)
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- In crockpot, stir together chicken broth and evaporated milk. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to ensure seasoning is evenly distributed.
- Cook on high 4 hours or on low 5-6 hours (Note: Potatoes will be soft.)
- Prior to serving, shred cooked chicken in crockpot.
