Four color spirals, aka fusilli, of organic • beet red • spinach green • carrot orange, and • golden grain from North Dakota and Montana. All organically grown. Each color is separately made. A pantry hero. Spirals hold more sauce than most macaroni.

Four color spirals or fusilli of organic red beet, orange carrot/annatto, green spinach, and golden grain from the U.S.A. high plains. All organically grown. The colors brighten when cooked. Each color is separately made. Artisan crafted at the Eden Organic Pasta Company on vintage Italian equipment with brass dies and slowly air dried. Provides protein and magnesium. A pantry staple, this shape holds a lot of sauce and is fork friendly. They're great in salads, soups, and casseroles. Directions
