Aromatherapy

Directions
Start by soaking your hair in warm water to help it open up to nutrients in the shampoo. Then lather up using about a quarter-size amount of shampoo (a little more if you have longer hair). Start at the roots and work your way to the ends. Next comes the fun part – give yourself a gentle scalp massage. This not only helps clean away grime, but can also increase blood flow to the hair follicles. Last, gently rinse off off using cool water to seal the outer layer of your hair.
