Before use, carry out a test on a small part of the area to be waxed. If there is no adverse reaction, continue using the product.
Wax strips are double sided so pull the strip apart slowly to keep the wax even on both sides. Apply in the direction of hair growth, pull skin taut, and quickly pull strip off in the opposite direction to remove hair. Use a post-wax cloth to remove any excess wax residue. Don’t worry, each kit comes with easy to follow instructions (with pictures!) to make the process easier and a little less painful.

Post Wax Cloths Ingredients: Caprylic/capric triglyceride, prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil, pentylene glycol, 4-t-butylcyclohexanol, triticum vulgare (wheat) germ oil, pentaerythrityl tetra-di-t-butyl hydroxyhydrocinnamate, tocopheryl acetate, serenoa serrulata fruit extract, epilobium angustifolium extract, cucurbita pepo (pumpkin) seed extract, ormenis multicaulis oil, lavandula hybrida (lavandin) oil, ascorbyl palmitate.
• Do not wax if you have delicate skin. This includes skin that’s thinned from aging. Do not wax over moles.
• Wait to wax if you have a skin irritation, like a sunburn or rash.
• Check the products (lotion, bodywash, deodorant) in your skincare routine for products that make skin more sensitive. This includes retinoid and retinol/vitamin A (think body acne treatments or anti-aging lotions and scrubs). Taking a week off typically helps avoid skin irritation.
