Maple Walnut Nice Cream With Caramel Sauce

Made with just four ingredients, this maple walnut nice cream is free from dairy, artificial flavors, colors and refined sugar. The best part? No ice cream maker needed! Top it off with a luscious caramel sauce crafted from straightforward ingredients like sunflower butter and honey.
Maple Walnut Nice Cream With Caramel Sauce
Caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp. Sunbutter Organic Sunflower Butter
- Dash Redmond Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
Nice cream
- 4 medium bananas (peeled, frozen)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (plus more for toppings)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
To serve
- In bowl, mix all ingredients for caramel sauce until well combined, thick and smooth.
In high-powered blender, combine all ingredients for nice cream and blend until completely smooth. (Note: Will have a consistency similar to gelato.)
To serve, scoop nice cream into cone, drizzle on caramel sauce and place some walnuts on top.
