Iron is essential for normal oxygen transport and the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. This gentle, easily absorbed plant-based liquid extract also includes magnesium for muscle function and electrolyte balance, vitamin D for healthy bones, and B-vitamins to support energy metabolism.

Adults (12 and over): Take 4 tsp. (20 mL) once daily. Take on an empty stomach, approx, 30 min before a meal. Shake bottle well before use. Do not drink directly from the bottle and use the measuring cap provided. Liquid iron may in some instances cause surface staining to teeth, rinse mouth with water immediately after consuming.
