With its roots deep in Greek mythology and the first Olympics, the bay leaf is a noble herb. Our Bay Leaf is true bay laurel (Laurus nobilis) with earthy, balsamic flavor and aroma. Frontier Co-op organic bulk bay leaf is kosher certified and non-irradiated.
