These whole organic peppercorns are carefully selected from the world's premier pepper-producing regions to provide consistent size and premium quality. White Bean Chicken Chili (Dairy Free)

  • 1-1/4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 13.8 oz. chopped tomato
  • 15 oz. white beans
  • 1 tsp. pink salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or coconut cream)

Optional toppings

  • Tortilla chips
  • Shredded cheese
  • Sliced jalapeño
  • Red onion
  1. In soup pot, sauté chicken in olive oil 10 minutes until almost fully cooked.
  2. Add tomatoes, beans and spices. Bring to boil, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken from chili, shred or chop, then add back to chili.
  4. Pour in coconut milk. Simmer additional 10 minutes.
  5. Serve as is or with toppings of choice.
