Vegan Ranch Dressing
This creamy ranch dressing has a secret ingredient:
Bob’s Red Mill Almond Protein Powder. Made with nothing but the highest quality blanched almonds, this fine powder blends perfectly into smoothies, baked goods, pasta sauces, salad dressings and more. Mixed with almond milk, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and dried herbs and spices, this tangy ranch has all of the flavor and none of the dairy. Whisk it up in mere minutes for a protein-rich dressing, dip or drizzle.
Vegan Ranch Dressing
- ½ cup Bob’s Red Mill Almond Protein Powder
- 1-¼ cups almond milk (divided)
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. dried parsley
- ½ tsp. dried dill
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. dried chives
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- ¼ tsp. coarse black pepper
- In mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup almond milk, vinegar and lemon juice.
- Whisk in herbs and spices. Whisk in protein powder until smooth. (Note: Add additional almond milk until desired consistency.)
- Use immediately, or refrigerate up to 7 days.
