Frozen Yogurt Mini-Pops With Fresh Raspberries
They might not hear you shout, “Dinner is ready!” They block out requests to tidy their rooms. But when the faint sound of the ice cream truck jingling in the distance is detected, you’d better believe your kids will come running with piggy banks in hand. Here’s a better way to catch their attention – and let them cool down with a healthier summer treat. These fruity pops are made with real fruit, wholesome yogurt and a splash of natural raspberry from Frontier. No mad dashes to the end of the driveway or spare change required!
Frozen Yogurt Mini-Pops With Fresh Raspberries
Makes 12 bites
Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. organic vanilla extract
1 tsp. natural raspberry flavor
Directions
- In a large bowl, use fork to mash raspberries.
- Add honey, yogurt, vanilla and raspberry flavor to bowl and whisk to combine.
- Spoon mixture into ice cube tray or silicone mold.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours or until firm.
(Note: Store cubes in freezer for up to 3 months.)
