Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) is a plant native to Europe and Asia. It’s popular for its strong and distinct aroma that originates from its dried roots. This is a calming herb common in bedtime teas and sleep pillows.

Besides brewing with tea or adding to bathwater for a relaxing soak, this product is often used in cooking as a spice. It adds a unique flavor to any food such as soups and stews.
