Double Mushroom Swiss Burger

Unless it’s made of quinoa and black beans, a burger is rarely regarded as good for you. Maybe you could reason a lean, ground turkey patty. But what if all you want is a juicy, tried-and-true beef burger? Well, you make it with mushroom powder. The nutritious, superfood supplement offers many body benefits on top of that smoky, down-to-earth flavor you expect. If you’re feeling ultra-virtuous, swap the bun for portabella halves. Whatever you do, don’t forget the slice of Swiss – balance is always good for you.
