Pomegranate-Ginger Mocktail with Schisandra
- Arils of 1 pomegranate (reserving 2 Tbsp. of arils for garnish)
- 1/4-inch piece ginger
- Half lime (peeled)
- 2 servings (4 ml) schisandra liquid extract
- 1 Tbsp. PRI Manuka Honey (or more to taste)
- 2 cups cold sparkling water
- Rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
- Cranberries (for garnish)
- In juicer, juice pomegranate, ginger and lime.
- To juicer container, add schisandra, honey and sparkling water and stir until well combined.
- Into two tall glasses, pour mocktails.
- Garnish with rosemary, cranberries and pomegranate arils.
