When it’s peach season, you’ll find us knee deep in peaches from Pennsylvania! We cut them up by hand and slowly cook in pure cane sugar to make preserves that are chunky, just like home-made. These are perfect served on croissants and breads, but even better in yogurt and as the base for cobbler and fruit pastries.
