Address Requirement:

The address system in Korea has been changed due to the Road Name Address Act. Customers are required to update their shipping address to the Road Name address for delivery of shipments. Please visit the Road Name Address website for more information.

Orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information will be disposed of 30 days after the arrival date in Korea

Ingredient Restrictions:

The following substances are not allowed to be imported into Korea: 5-HTP, Slippery Elm, Diindolylmethan, Raspberry Ketone, Melatonin, Black Cohosh, Vinpocetine, Senna Leaf, Annatto, Agmatine Sulfate, R-Lipoic Acid, Poppy Seed, Echinacea, L-Citrulline, L-Dopa, Yohimbe, Silver, Icariin, Paba, Fucoxanthin, Pygeum Africanum, Hemp, Hoodia, Goldenseal, Meat Products

All products containing dairy as an ingredient, including milk, cheese or yogurt, are subject to an additional inspection by Korean Customs. Products containing meat, animal products, vegetables, nuts, grains and products intended for pets may be subject to quarantine inspections.

Korean Customs may require a doctor's prescription for orders containing 6 or more supplements.

Please note that orders including the above products may experience clearance delays due customs inspection.

Duties & Taxes:

Import taxes for personal goods are imposed on the date the shipment enters Korea Customs, and are not based on the order date. If multiple orders enter customs on the same day with a total value exceeding $150, import taxes may be imposed.

Import taxes may apply if the total weight of raw honey and/or whey protein powder products exceeds 5 kg (on a single day).

Vitacost.com cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying additional costs to your order, including taxes, duties or other customs fees, or any related product seizure or delivery delays. Any order containing restricted items that is seized, damaged or destroyed by customs due to import regulations may not be eligible for refund under our Customs Seizure policy. Vitacost.com also reserves the right to limit quantity or restrict items to any country for any reason without notice.
