Each capsule supplies over 500 million viable organisms to provide dietary support for the establishment and maintenance of favorable intestinal flora. Four bacterial strains are present in a freeze-dried state: L. Acidophilus, L. Bulgaricus, S. Thermophilus, B. Bifidum.
Directions
Take 1 to 6 capsules 1/2 hour before each meal. Do not take within 2 hours of taking antibiotics. Keep refrigerated.
