Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) is the active coenzyme form of vitamin B3. It plays an essential role in the energy production of every human cell.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, adults and children 8 years and older take 1-2 tablets on an empty stomach each morning. Wait about one half hour before eating. Consume with an 8 ounce glass of water.
