Luckily, easy and fast doesn’t have to mean unhealthy. This heavenly parfait is quick to make and layered with luscious vanilla yogurt, sweet berries, bananas and crunchy KIND Oats & Honey Clusters. Save yourself a few extra minutes in the morning by assembling it the night before!
Strawberry-Banana Yogurt Parfait with KIND Clusters
Makes 4 parfaits
Ingredients
2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt
10 fresh strawberries, sliced
2 medium bananas, sliced
2 cups Kind Healthy Grains Oats & Honey Clusters with Toasted Coconut
Directions
- In each glass, pour 1/3 cup of KIND Oats & Honey Clusters.
- Top Clusters with layer of bananas, then strawberries.
- Spoon 1/2 cup of yogurt over strawberries.
- Sprinkle remaining Clusters over yogurt layer.
