and workout can coexist! With mango, rolled oats, dates and flax seed meal, they’re equally wholesome and delicious for all ages.
Mango Energy Bites
- 2 cups gluten-free old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup Wildly Organic coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup Wildly Organic coconut syrup
- 4 dates
- 2 Tbsp. flax seed meal
- 1-1/2 cups Wildly Organic dried mango slices (diced)
- In food processor, pulse all ingredients until finely chopped; transfer to bowl and refrigerate 15-25 minutes to harden.
Using hands or cookie scoop, roll dough into balls. Arrange on plate and refrigerate 5 minutes to harden.
- Refrigerate or freeze leftover energy bites in airtight container or freezer bag.
