We're two brothers obsessed with bread. While other kids screamed for ice cream, we begged for a beautiful crusty sourdough loaf (thanks mom). Now we bring that same excitement to every bag of Kooshy stuffing mix.

Quick Prep
Ingredients
• 1.5 cups water (use low sodium chicken broth for even richer flavor)
• 4 Tbsp butter
• 1 bag Kooshy Stuffing Mix (this very pouch)
Directions
- Heat water (or broth) and butter in medium saucepan until boiling.
- Add Stuffing Mix, stir well, cover,
- Remove from heat, let stand 5 min.
- Uncover, fluff with fork and serve.
Chef's Kiss (Optional) - for a crispy bits, transfer cooked stuffing to a greased broiler safe dish and place under preheated broiler for 3-5 minutes or until top is brown and crispy. Watch closely!
Oven Prep
Ingredients
• 4 Tbsp butter
• ½ cup diced onion
• ½ cup diced celery
• 2 cups low sodium chicken broth
• 1 bag Kooshy Stuffing Mix
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Add onion and celery, cook 4-6 min until softened
- Add broth and heat to boil.
- Remove from heat, stir in Stuffing Mix and transfer to greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30 min or until crisped on top.
Chef's Kiss (Optional) - Stir in 1 cup cooked sausage or mushrooms and 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme or safe before baking.
