Scoop it up liberally with some organic corn chips, or add a big dollop to tacos for a sweet and sassy surprise. The perfect party guest, this salsa mingles beautifully with your guacamole. And if you're feeling adventurous, add mango or pineapple for a tantalizingly tropical twist.
10-Minute Strawberry Salsa
- 2 cups tomatoes (diced (about 6 large tomatoes))
- 1-1/2 cups strawberries (diced)
- 1 purple onion (diced)
- 1 jalapeño (finely diced)
- 1 tsp. garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (torn or chopped)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. agave (maple syrup or honey)
- 1/2 tsp. Simply Organic Cumin
- 1/2 tsp. Redmond Real Salt Fine Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Optional
- 1 mango (diced)
- 1-1/2 cups pineapple (small cube)
For serving
- Late July Organic Corn Tortilla Chips
- In serving bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Serve immediately with chips.
- Refrigerate leftovers in airtight container up to 3 days.

• To have it ready in just 5 minutes, add all ingredients to food processor and pulse a few times.
