Aliginic Acid and Potassium Bicarbonate
When Esophageal Guardian’s alginic acid and potassium bicarbonate come into contact with gastric acids, they form a bubble-filled gel. This creates a temporary foam layer on top of your stomach contents. This barrier helps protect esophageal tissue, providing relief in less than one minute and lasting up to 4 hours.
• After the heaviest meal of the day, chew two (2) tablets followed by 4 to 8 oz of water, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
• Do not swallow tablets whole.
