Chocolate Banana Walnut Cookies

Chocolate Banana Walnut Cookies
Ingredients
1 Quest Banana Nut Muffin Protein Bar
4 squares Lily's Salted Almond Milk Chocolate Bar
1 Tbsp. walnut pieces
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or Silpat.
- Break protein bar into 4 pieces and microwave for about 12 seconds, until soft.
- Flatten each piece and put a chocolate square in the center. Wrap the protein bar up into a ball.
- Place walnut pieces into the top of each ball.
- Bake for 5 minutes.
