Our popular Brown Pad Thai Rice Noodles are crafted from organic, heirloom and whole grain rice. Leaving the germ and bran layer on the grain intact enhances its nutrition by increasing the amount of fiber and nutrients, but also provides a fuller and nuttier flavor. Using a brown rice noodle adds additional depth of flavor to any recipe. These convenient, versatile noodles are perfect for making a more nutritious Asian-style dish, or use them as a gluten-free replacement for pasta.
Step 1: Bring 4-5 quarts of water to a boil.
Step 2: Add noodles and boil 7 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
